Terms & conditions

1. This coupon entitles the bearer to exchange goods of an equivalent amount at Solvil et Titus online store, any City Chain shop, or Solvil et Titus boutique in Singapore on or before the expiry date. The coupon will be invalid after the expiry date.
2. This coupon cannot be used for purchases on Solvil et Titus online store.
3. The e-gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, regardless of when it is first redeemed.
4. After this period, any unused balance will be forfeited, and the validity period cannot be extended under any circumstances.
5. The e-gift card will be electronically delivered to the recipient's email after purchase. Please check your inbox, spam, or junk mail folders.
6. Ensure the correct email address is provided at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for undelivered gift cards due to errors in email address submission.
7. This voucher must be presented at any City Chain shop or Solvil et Titus boutique before payment. For online store purchases, the 16-digit code must be entered at the checkout page.
8. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or cash coupons. No change will be given in cash or any other form.
9. This coupon is non-refundable once sold. Expired, lost, altered, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced and are deemed invalid.
10. This voucher is valid for one-time redemption only.
11. City Chain reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.

How to Redeem a Gift Card?

• At Checkout: Enter the unique gift card code in the designated field at checkout. Gift card codes are not case-sensitive.
• Payment Options:

• If the balance on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, click 'Complete Order.'
• If the balance is less than the order total, you will be prompted to choose an additional payment method to cover the remaining balance, including the option to enter another gift card code.

Important Notes: 

• The gift card is non-transferable and may only be used by the original recipient or purchaser.
• Purchases made with a gift card are subject to the same return and exchange policies as other payment methods. Refunds for purchases made using a gift card will be returned as store credit.
• The balance of a digital gift card can be checked from the email received or by contacting customer support at cs@citychain.com.sg
